Ituhku is a living community of guidance, healing, and support created by Indigenous relatives, for Indigenous relatives.
We recognize the need for culturally relevant approaches to wellness for Indigenous relatives. Our cultural identity is definitive of our experience and is central to our well being. Unlike many western approaches, Ituhku is rooted in ancestral teachings and lived experience, created for Indigenous relatives, by Indigeneous relatives.
